India Accuses Pakistan of Violating Ceasefire Agreement

New Delhi, 10-05-2025: Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri stated that India and Pakistan had agreed to halt recent military actions following discussions between their Director Generals of Military Operations (DGMOs). However, he accused Pakistan of violating the truce within hours.

“The Indian Army is retaliating against this border intrusion, which is highly condemnable. Pakistan is responsible for this escalation and must take immediate action to stop it,” Misri said.

India has called on Pakistan to adhere to the ceasefire understanding and prevent further violations. Tensions remain high as exchanges of fire continue along the border.
